When will my order ship ?
Here how it works: you order, we process, we ship.
Processing may take up to 2-7 business working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Canada (1-3 business days)
USA (7-14 business days)
International (7-14 business days)
No returns or exchanges in general
Altough each order is packaged with love and care we understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit.
If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email shopvillageafricain@gmail.com in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.
We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the Post Canada tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with Post Canada.
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
